FIND:
This is our search feature to help you find activities that are perfect for you.

There are two ways to search: using keywords (Keyword Search) or using a drop-down menu (Directed Search).

These features can be accessed from the “Find” button on our front page, and from the “Find” tab on the top-left of every other Web page on our site.

For the Keyword Search, just enter your term(s) in the empty field and then click “Go”. Your search results will show up momentarily.

To use the Directed Search, simply choose which type of search you want to do: by audience, author, category or equipment. Select an item under the search-type you want to perform and the search results will be displayed.

Once you have found an activity that you would like to buy from the list, click on the “Add to Cart” link to the right of the activity. The activity will then be in your Shopping Cart. You can checkout from here, or click “Back to Products” to continue shopping.

BUY/ GOOGLE CHECKOUT:
Google Checkout is simple and secure. You can use your Google Checkout account anywhere on the Web where Google Checkout is accepted.

To set up an account, first make sure to have at least one activity in your Shopping Cart. From your shopping cart, once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the “Google Checkout” icon. This will take you to the Account Set Up for Google Checkout. Enter all of the details asked for on this and the next page. Once you have set up your Google Checkout account and you make that first purchase, Google Checkout will take you back to the Azukaru site. The activity that you just purchased will now be in Your Bookshelf. From here you can choose to download the activity for use, or you may assign it to binders.

SHOPPING CART: The Shopping Cart is the place where all of the activities that you want to buy stay until you purchase them. You can also use your Shopping Cart as a wish list.

GIFT CARDS:
We have sent Azukaru gift cards all around the world so that people can try out our service.

To use a gift card, you must already have an account set up with us. Once you have an account you will first need to go to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” link under the Manage tab, which is accessible from every Web page. Once in your Shopping Cart, scroll down past the Google Checkout button and you will see the “Your Gift Cards” heading. Enter your gift code (from the back of your card) in the blank field and click “Redeem Code”. If you entered a valid code, the “Your Gift Cards” section will now list the card you just entered, the number of activities (value) the card has remaining and if the card is good for just one authors’ activities or any activities (N/A in Author field).

To use the credit in your account, select the activity that you wish to acquire from the drop-down menu, which is on the same line as your valid gift card. Once you have chosen the activity that you want, click the “Use” button right next to the drop-down menu. At the top of the next screen, you will see a confirmation message that you have purchased the activity (with a gift code) and now you can manage the activity from the “Your Bookshelf” button.

There are currently three types of Azukaru gift cards: Single Use, Generic and Author Specific. A Single Use card has one activity credit, and you can only use the card once every 365 days: no matter how many of these cards you have, only one will work per year so if you have extras please send them to friends. Generic cards have multiple activity credits on them and there are no restrictions like with a Single Use card. Author Specific cards are good for activities from a single author (one card valid per 365 days), though you can use Author Specific cards from different authors during this period.

DOWNLOAD:
To download a PDF you must go to an activity that you own, which can be found in any binder that you put it in and also under “Your Bookshelf”. Once you found the activity you want, click on the title of the activity. You will now see the activity summary information for that activity. To the right of the activity’s title at the top of the page, click on the “Download PDF” link. Give the Web site a couple of moments to process your request, and then your document will download as other document download from your Web browser.

MANAGE (BINDERS):
This feature lets you maintain control over your growing collection of activities in organized, virtual Binders inders. You must be logged into your account to use this function.

There are a number of organizational features here that involve creating and organizing Binders.

These features can be accessed from the “Manage” button on our front page, and from the “Manage” tab on the top-left of every other Web page on our site.

To create a new binder, click on the “New Binder” link. Then fill in a name and description for this binder. Once you have filled out those fields, click “Save” and you will see your new binder in that left column.
To add an activity to a binder, first click on "Your Bookshelf ” and then choose the activity that you want to send to a binder. Next to that activity, in the drop-down menu choose which binder to send the activity to and select it. That activity will now also appear in the binder you specified.

To remove an activity from a binder, you must first view the binder that you wish to remove an activity from. Once in the specific binder, locate the activity that you wish to remove and then click the “Remove” link to the right of the activity, click OK in the pop-up message that verifies your wish to remove the activity and then the activity will no longer be in the selected binder, though it will still be available in the “All Activities You Own” binder.

To edit the name and/or description of a binder, you must first view the binder that you wish to edit. Once you have selected the binder to edit, click “Edit this Binder” just under your binder’s title at the top of the page. This will give you the same edit screens as setting up a new binder; finish this task just as you would set up a new binder.
